You can purchase all videos of these events (over 80 classes in total)This format of an online event allows all participants to have a wide range of 45-min training every one-two hours round-the-clock for 72 hours, and the recorded summary of all classes, which will be available for the marathon participants during and after the marathon. That way in any part of the globe any participant will have the access for a great and diverse workout: tango techniques, argentine folklore training, stretching, warming-up, balance techniques, feet and ankles strengthening, elongation, back and neck stretching, breathing, yoga exercises designed for tango, pilates exercises for tango, power work-out for all groups of muscles, stamina training, embellishments, and much more. The classes are appropriate for any gender, age and level. Individual training - no need to participate in couples.
